Russia has once again struck Kiev on Friday with five people confirmed dead. The Kremlin says it was in retaliation to Ukraine’s attempted attack on President Vladimir Putin’s home — a claim dismissed by Kiev and its allies as absurd. But the scale of the attacks has cast doubt on the US-led peace negotiations. Rahul Radhakrishnan reports.
