Two leading members of Venezuela’s political opposition — Enrique Marquez and Biagio Pilieri — were freed on Thursday, video footage shows.
Following the US abduction of Nicolas Maduro, Venezuelan authorities said they were releasing a “large number” of prisoners, some of them foreigners, in what they described as a “unilateral gesture.”
