Revelation 9:11 states that this angel’s name is actually Destroyer (in Hebrew: Abaddon; and in Greek: Apollyon).
To know during one night, under darkness, in an ancient non-electronic world of 3,500 years ago, who and which was first born among humans and animals is beyond human understanding. The Destroyer did.
Then to locate only the firstborn living within the Land of Egypt, not standing behind blood-marked doorposts, in the darkness, and then to kill only them on the spot, without collateral civilian casualties, is absolutely humanly impossible.
To do anything like this would have required an army of night vision-equipped commandoes, a fleet of helicopters, jeeps, and other transportation logistics, along with constant real-time access to a biometric and geographic database that no one currently possesses.
The Big Picture: God is Absolutely Powerful.
