The Hills’ alum Lo Bosworth gave birth to her first baby, a daughter, with husband Domenic "Dom" Natale. The former MTV star confirmed the arrival of their baby girl Nelle in a sweet Jan. 15 Instagram post, “Our girl Nelle is here. She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time. Our teeny one is named for her Oma and already so loved.” Lo and Dom received plenty of love under their exciting announcement, including from Lo’s fellow ‘The Hills’ alum Lauren Conrad, who wrote, “Welcome to the world sweet girl!!
