France’s government is set to meet Monday to discuss a highly controversial budget bill that has left Prime Minister Sebastian Lecornu and political parties at an impasse. Lecornu is moving closer to pushing the bill through parliament without a vote, while simultaneously seeking a way to avoid being toppled by parliament over the measure.
