Prince Harry arrived at London’s High Court on Monday as a long-running privacy case against the publisher of the Daily Mail finally went to trial. The Duke of Sussex and six other high-profile figures sued Associated Newspapers Limited in October 2022 over alleged unlawful information gathering, with Harry expected to give evidence later this week. ANL has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, describing the accusations as “lurid” and “simply preposterous.” The case marks the third major legal battle the duke has launched against the British tabloid press in recent years.
