Blake Lively exchanged a few messages with Taylor Swift about Justin Baldoni. The ‘It Ends With Us’ star sent several texts to Swift about the film’s director, who Lively is suing over allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation—according to court documents obtained by E! News Jan. 20. In one of their conversations, Lively referred to Baldoni—who denies all the accusations against him—as her "doofus director" and a "clown" when asking the Grammy winner to look over the script she had revised for the Colleen Hoover adaptation, per the filing. (In a transcript of her July deposition, also obtained by E! News, Lively said she had sent Taylor the script because the singer was on her way to her apartment, where she and Baldoni were having a meeting at the time.) Swift texted back, per court documents, "I’ll do anything for you !!" And Lively later thanked Swift, noting that she relayed the whole situation to her husband Ryan Reynolds. Lively texted, according to the docs, "You were so epically heroic today. I recapped every moment to Ryan. I kept remembering stuff—You making s–t up about me and lenses. And referring to yourself as my doll. This clown falling for all of it. But also resisting it.
