The Syrian Presidency has announced a four-day ceasefire following a new agreement with the YPG terror group. Officials say a mutual understanding has been reached on several issues linked to the future of Al Hasakah Governorate. The move comes after fighting between the army and the SDF resumed just hours after an earlier ceasefire was declared. Pinar Nisasta reports.
