Dell CEO: Europe’s business leaders secretly happy U.S. policies pressuring European competitiveness

Michael Dell told CNBC on Thursday that European business leaders are "secretly kind of happy" that U.S. pro-growth and deregulation policies are sparking more competition, and hope their own governments follow suit.
