The governor of Minnesota has told Donald Trump to get federal immigration officers out of the state after they were involved in another fatal shooting in Minneapolis.
Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old intensive care nurse and American citizen, died after at least 10 shots were fired at him.
Video footage showed an ICE agent shooting Mr Pretti as he lay on the ground.
The footage also appears to show the victim being disarmed shortly before he was killed.
Carrying a weapon is legal in Minnesota.
