Northern Ireland is taking steps to reduce the number of accidents on the roads. From October they will become the first part of the UK to give new drivers graduated driving licences.
That means they will face limitations on when they can drive, and how many passengers they can carry.
Naomi Crane, whose teenage son died in a car accident in 2021, speaks to Sky News about the new law.
