Sudan’s army says it has broken the long-running siege in the strategic city of Dalang in the south of the country. For more than two years, the city had been under siege by the Rapid Support Forces. Dalang is built upon an essential supply route to RSF-held territory in Darfur and army-controlled areas in the east of the country. Kristina Simich reports.
