French rail service SNCF has announced new business-class cars would not allow children in them. Facing backlash over putting in writing that "children would not be accepted", it changed the terms to those under 12 and justified the move by saying that it was already the case and restricted to business routes and weekdays. Still, the outrage has led to a bill being drawn to outlaw kid-free zones for discrimination reasons. FRANCE 24’s Solange Mougin tells us more about a phenomenon that is, nonetheless, growing.
