An explosion ripped a residential building in the Iranian city of Bandar Abbas Saturday, according to state media. Reporting from Tehran, FRANCE 24’s Reza Sayah said there were several rumours and reports about a likely target circulating on social media, but they have not been verified. “People in Iran are on edge with the recent threats from Washington,” he said. “When they heard this news obviously that intensified the anxiety.”
