The new US envoy for Venezuela posted a welcome message on Instagram on Tuesday, saying she was working to deploy Trump’s plan for the country.
The US Charge d’Affaires, Laura Dogu, said that, to help achieve a “stable, prosperous, and democratic” Venezuela, the United States would work through a three-phase plan, as Secretary of State Marco Rubio said—stabilisation, recovery, and transition.
