Alysa Liu, who hung up her skates after the 2022 Beijing Olympics and her bronze medal win at the World Figure Skating Championships, is returning to the Winter Games for 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics in Italy. Liu told NBC News in an interview published Jan. 7 that she initially retired at age 17 because she felt "like a dress-up doll."
