Catherine O’Hara’s cause of death is confirmed to be a pulmonary embolism, with rectal cancer listed as an underlying cause, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. The news comes a little over a week after Catherine’s unexpected death at the age of 71 on Jan. 30.
