The suspect accused of shooting a Russian general on February 6 has been detained in Dubai and extradited to Russia. Lyubomir Korba is accused of attempting to kill Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseyev in a residential building in northwest Moscow, where several shots were fired before the attacker fled. Russian investigators said one alleged accomplice was arrested in Russia and another fled to Ukraine.
