The brother of Virginia Giuffre has told Sky News that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor should return to the United States to give evidence to Congress.
Answering a question from US correspondent Mark Stone, Sky Roberts, Ms Giuffre’s brother, said Andrew "needs to show up and he needs to answer questions in front of our Congress".
The comments came as the US Democrats unveiled a bill dubbed "Virginia’s Law" aimed at ending the statute of limitation barriers in order to hold sexual abusers accountable for their crimes.
