Chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team have been ministering in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, after tragic shootings on Feb. 10 took the lives of nine people and injured many more. By offering a listening ear and prayer, crisis-trained chaplains are sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with those impacted by the tragedy.
