At its first meeting in Washington, Donald Trump’s Board of Peace has pledged billions of dollars to rebuild Gaza once Hamas disarms. Six countries have also offered troops for the International Stabilisation Force. Trump says the war in Gaza is over despite repeated Israeli violations of the ceasefire.
