A second round of talks between Washington and Tehran in Geneva may not have produced a breakthrough, but the consequences are already unfolding across the region. Donald Trump has given Iran 10 to 15 days to reach a nuclear deal. This as the US army reportedly prepares for possible strikes on Iran and has built up the largest miltary presence in the Middle East since 2003. But, Iran signals that it has its own leverage. A third round of talks is anticipated between the two sides in the near future. Yusuf Sosar reports
