Newly release camera footage shows the moment a car crashed into a New York State trooper and her car while she was at a traffic stop. The trooper, Bailey Martin, can be seen dealing with a crash when a vehicle comes out of nowhere and slams into her and her patrol car. Martin was taken to the hospital with noncritical injuries
