House Oversight Chairman James Comer briefly spoke to reporters Friday and said former President Bill Clinton testified that President Trump never said anything that made Clinton think he was close with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Comer (R-Ky.) related that ranking member Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) asked Clinton if the committee should seek Trump’s testimony.
"President Clinton said, ‘That’s for you to decide,’" Comer relayed. "And the president went on to say that President Trump has ‘never said anything to me to make me think he was involved,’ and he meant with Epstein.
