For displaced Palestinian families in northern occupied West Bank, the spirit of Ramadan has been overshadowed by attacks. Children are absent, homes have been lost and families are housed in inadequate shelters. Many say this is the hardest Ramadan in years. Mohammed Elwan reports from Tulkarem.
