Hungary has said it’ll continue blocking a 103 billion dollar EU loan for Ukraine and new sanctions on Russia until the Druzhba oil pipeline is reopened. Hungary’s foreign minister was speaking at an EU meeting in Brussels, where member states have also been talking about how to keep the Strait of Hormuz open. Paul Hawkins reports.
