Four women were killed in Beit Awwa, in the occupied West Bank, when Iranian missile debris struck a beauty salon on Wednesday, March 18, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
Three women died at the scene, while a fourth, who was pregnant, later succumbed to her injuries. Local reports say 13 others were injured.
