Israeli army has carried out a new wave of attacks across southern Lebanon, killing several people, including two paramedics. The Lebanese Health Ministry has said more than 1,000 people have been killed in Israeli strikes so far. Meanwhile, Israel is accusing Hezbollah of threatening its security, trading warnings with Iran’s Revolutionary Guard. But Beirut wants none of it, as Lebanese leaders worry their nation is being pulled into a tightening trap. Our correspondent Sarah Balter has more.
