A parent of a meningitis patient has accused Health Secretary Wes Streeting of having "blood of his hands" following the NHS response to the outbreak.
In March, cases described as "unprecedented" led to the deaths of a university student and a Year 13 pupil from Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, both in Kent.
