The White House has reportedly sent Iran a 15-point plan to negotiate a peace deal, as the US president appears to focus on ending a conflict which hasn’t gone the way he planned. While Donald Trump says the war is already won, Iran now seems to have more leverage. Andy Roesgen reports.
