Hezbollah said early on Friday that it had targeted multiple Israeli military sites and settlements. Israeli media reported that rockets fired from Lebanon set off sirens across both northern and central Israel.
According to Channel 12, one rocket was intercepted over the Tel Aviv area after warning sirens sounded across central Israel, including the greater Tel Aviv region. Another rocket landed in an open area.
