Paul Rudd revealed during an exclusive E! News interview at the ‘Power Ballad’ premiere May 19 in New York City what his 16-year-old daughter Darby thought of him playing opposite Nick Jonas in the film. While the Marvel star has joked in the past that his daughter and son Jack, 20, both of whom he shares with wife Julie Yaeger, are typically unimpressed by the movies he takes on he admits that this time around, “I think my daughter is impressed I got to meet Nick Jonas. She’s excited about that.” The 57-year-old continued, “This is like dad’s job. They got other things to worry about and to concern themselves with and that’s fine with me, I think that’s great,” before he added, “but I do think, quietly, they’re proud.” The John Carney movie ‘Power Ballad’ hits select theaters May 29 before expanding nationwide June 5.
