Pro-Trump right-wing candidate Abelardo de la Espriella has won 44 percent of the vote in Colombia’s presidential election. His left-wing competitor Ivan Cepeda fell behind with 41 percent. Incumbent president and Cepeda ally Gustavo Petro says he won’t accept the initial results, which will now go to a run-off in three weeks time. Kristina Simich reports.
