Russian President Vladimir Putin has followed through with his threats as a barrage of missiles and drones struck Ukrainian cities overnight. At least 11 people have been killed in Kiev and Dnipro, with buildings destroyed and many trapped under rubble. Ukraine has now called for urgent help from the US. Kristina Simich reports.
