Dramatic footage shows collapsed buildings, scattered debris and emergency crews responding after a powerful 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck the southern Philippines. The quake damaged schools, businesses and other structures across the region, prompting a massive search-and-rescue effort. Officials say the death toll has risen to at least 32, with dozens more injured as crews continue to search through the wreckage. The powerful tremor also triggered tsunami warnings across several countries before they were later lifted.
