For the first time, the UK’s Royal Navy has seized a sanctioned Russian oil tanker that was travelling through the English Channel on Sunday morning. Russia has been operating a shadow fleet of tankers to avoid international oil sanctions due to the war in Ukraine. Paul Hawkins reports.
