Indeed, the 35-year-old revealed his plans to take a break from music after his current LOOP Tour during his Glendale, Ariz., show June 13. “I might take some time off once this tour has ended,” Sheeran explained in a video shared to social media, “and do the dad thing.” While it may be a bit of a shock for fans, the father of two—who shares Lyra, 5, and Jupiter, 4, with wife Cherry Seaborn—is embracing change in his life in multiple ways. Back in April, Ed revealed he had shaved off his usual shaggy red locks and was now rocking a buzz cut. He wrote in an April 28 Instagram post, "Yes, I’ve shaved my hair.
