Donald Trump has said a 14-page agreement aimed at ending the conflict with Iran will be signed by Washington and Tehran "shortly".
The US president said the deal could be signed "tomorrow, maybe the next day" and admitted there could have been an "economic catastrophe" if the war had continued.
