Ahead of a US-Iran memorandum of understanding, US President Donald Trump said Iran should be allowed to keep some of its ballistic missiles if other regional countries have them. Drawing a distinction between conventional ballistic capabilities and nuclear weapons, he said missiles "are not the same thing as what we’re talking about when we talk nuclear."
