Secretary of State Marco Rubio described his conversations with Middle Eastern leaders as "frank" and "honest" as the region grapples with the fallout from the Iran war.
"These are long-standing relationships with these countries, so we speak very frankly, very openly, very honestly," Rubio told reporters in Kuwait. "We get their input, and that’s what we’re here to do, to get their input."
