Fluff, a 27-year-old European brown bear weighing more than 440 pounds, underwent a five-hour dental procedure at a wildlife park in England. Specialists performed a full oral exam and X-rays before extracting a damaged tooth that had been causing problems. The rescued bear was placed under anesthesia for the operation and is expected to recover under the care of zoo staff.
