At least four people were killed, seven injured and four others reported missing after a rain-triggered flash flood swept through a mountainous village in Vietnam’s northern Lai Chau Province. Rescue teams evacuated residents stranded in the village and continued searching for the missing as damaged homes and landslide risks hampered relief efforts.
