The former Bachelor couple revealed that their 8-year-old son, Isaiah, has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. In an emotional Instagram post, Catherine explained that Isaiah’s pediatrician became concerned after noticing significant weight loss, excessive thirst and frequent trips to the bathroom during his annual checkup. After further testing, he was sent to the emergency room, where the diagnosis was confirmed. Catherine shared that Isaiah has already endured multiple injections and several days in the hospital as the family adjusts to a new routine.
