New footage from Tony Romo’s Wisconsin arrest reveals his struggles with some of the field sobriety tests after being pulled over on a suspected OWI (operating while intoxicated). Officers handcuffed Tony after he insisted he had ‘zero drinks.’ Tony also refused to submit to a breathalyzer test saying, ‘We’re not doing that. I’ve heard from all the lawyers don’t ever do that, So, we’re not going to do that.’ Tony’s next court date is scheduled for Sept. 21.
