Iran says agreement reached with Oman on Strait of Hormuz transit

Iran and Oman say they’re close to finalising a deal on shipping routes through the Strait of Hormuz. Donald Trump has expressed optimism, but Iran has blamed the US blockade for holding up progress. Craig Boswell reports from Washington.
