This is the horrific moment a professional kite surfer drowned after his kite line got tangled and trapped him underwater- all of which his girlfriend tragically captured in this video, according to Newsflash.
The accident happened near El Chaquito, Argentina on August 6th, and Fernando Cappi’s body was found the next day.
