A powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake rocked western Colombia, bringing down buildings and damaging a cathedral tower in Manizales. Dozens of people have been reported killed, and authorities say many others are trapped beneath fallen buildings. Tremors were felt across Colombia and neighboring countries as rescue crews rushed to assess the damage.
