Ireland’s Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan says the behaviour of the drivers who were killed in a motorway crash in County Kildare was ‘lethal, reckless and criminal’.
Five male teenagers were killed – and four more individuals were injured – after a vehicle ‘deliberately’ drove in the wrong direction, resulting in a head-on collision with another vehicle on the M9 between junctions 3 and 4 near Athy.
