Footage from a Palestinian wedding in northern Israel shows an Israeli police officer tasering a young man who had already been restrained and was lying on the floor. The incident took place on August 15 in Umm al Fahm, near Haifa, where Israeli forces reportedly fired stun grenades and ordered guests to lie on the ground. Reports say Israeli police also raided two other Palestinian weddings last week.
