    President Donald Trump’s effort to add his name to the Kennedy Center is facing a renewed court challenge, with Rep. Joyce Beatty asking a federal judge to block the planned inscription. The center’s board approved a separate inscription crediting Trump with the building’s “restoration and renovation,” which Beatty argues the board has no authority to add without Congress.
